Join us at The Heritage Museum for Fall Fun & Pumpkin Carving, co-hosted by the Tye Preston Memorial Library! Costumes are encouraged and it will be fun for all ages. April Caballero Earlier this spring, we were grateful when one of our dedicated volunteers spearheaded the project to refresh the paint on our dinosaur sculptures. On Saturday June 20, we enjoyed being a part of Science Mill's 2026 Dino Discovery Day in Johnson City. It was a prehistoric adventure filled with fossils, dinosaur mysteries, hands-on STEM activities, and roaring fun for explorers of all ages. This was the 2nd year that we have been a part of the event.

We had so much fun with over 400 guests on Dinosaur Day! We had a silent auction, raffles, Fossil Ridge Tours, dinosaur track tours, guest speaker Dr. Thomas Adams of the Witte Museum, crafts, food, music, and SO much fun with our community partners! We enjoyed presenting about the Heritage Museum's dinosaur tracks at the Mammen Family Public Library on September 17, 2025. Thank you Ana with Troop 363 for her Eagle Scout Project installed on 8/23/2025! The project included 4 benches with backs so visitors can sit comfortably and enjoy the native plant garden which is a certified monarch butterfly way station. She is the 6th scout to honor us with a project!

Dinosaur Day was on March 29, 2025 and was SO much fun! We had close to 400 people in attendance. The kids compare their feet to a dinosaur track! This year, our Kids STEM Spring Break Camp was on March 17, 18, and 19. Our 2025 Spring Break camp focused on science and learning about how things work! We had educational booklets, handouts, and fun activities to take home at the end of each day.
